About Me
I am a RYC® Certified and Pilates teacher passionate about supporting women at every stage of life, including pregnancy, postnatal care, peri-menopause, and menopause. I believe movement heals and that we all could have more movement in our life.
After facing challenges following the birth of my second child in 2021, including a traumatic birth, pelvic floor injury, and postnatal depression, I was fortunate to discover the Restore Your Core® (RYC®) program. This method played a pivotal role in my recovery, empowering me to rebuild my core and strength, reconnect with my breath, and integrate relaxation into my life as a busy mother. It also inspired me to become an RYC® teacher to share its benefits with others.
I now combine my RYC® knowledge with Pilates principles to help women build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and return to the activities they love. I design personalized sessions that focus on alignment, breathing, and core responsiveness to suit clients’ unique fitness journeys. My work emphasizes empowering women to feel strong and confident in their bodies, no matter their stage of life.
My mission is to create a supportive environment that fosters healing, education, and movement. Through thoughtful techniques, I aim to guide my clients toward transformative “aha” moments in their fitness and wellness journeys.
