build up strength and functional movement for the demands of motherhood
I genuinely believe that movement is a form of medicine. Through my own experience, I have witnessed the incredible benefits of staying active, moving with intention, and dedicating time each day to deeply connect with my body. Movement is not just about physical fitness—it is a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
Central to this connection is understanding how the core and pelvic floor work together to create a strong, reflexive system that supports posture, stability, and overall movement efficiency. The pelvic floor isn’t just important for childbirth or postnatal recovery—it plays a crucial role in every stage of life, helping to maintain continence, support internal organs, and contribute to sexual health and emotional wellbeing. When the core and pelvic floor function harmoniously, they form a foundation of strength that supports everything we do from everyday movements to athletic performance.
I want to share the joy of movement with my clients and empower them to rediscover their own love for their bodies. Too often, people view movement as a chore or punishment rather than a gift. My goal is to help clients see movement as a lifelong journey—a source of empowerment, confidence, and joy that evolves with them through all stages of life.

About Me
I am a RYC® Certified and Pilates teacher passionate about supporting women at every stage of life, including pregnancy, postnatal care, peri-menopause, and menopause. I believe movement heals and that we all could have more movement in our life.
After facing challenges following the birth of my second child in 2021, including a traumatic birth, pelvic floor injury, and postnatal depression, I was fortunate to discover the Restore Your Core® (RYC®) program. This method played a pivotal role in my recovery, empowering me to rebuild my core and strength, reconnect with my breath, and integrate relaxation into my life as a busy mother. It also inspired me to become an RYC® teacher to share its benefits with others.
I now combine my RYC® knowledge with Pilates principles to help women build strength, reconnect with their bodies, and return to the activities they love. I design personalised sessions that focus on alignment, breathing, and core responsiveness to suit clients’ unique fitness journeys. My work emphasizes empowering women to feel strong and confident in their bodies, no matter their stage of life.
My mission is to create a supportive environment that fosters healing, education, and movement. Through thoughtful techniques, I aim to guide my clients toward transformative “aha” moments in their fitness and wellness journeys.
