About Me

Hi, I’m Magda, a RYC® Certified and Pilates teacher dedicated to supporting women through all stages of life—from pregnancy and postnatal care to peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond. I’m also a proud mom to two adorable boys who light up my life and are my best friends.
I’ve always loved being active, and running has become my passion. It’s my go-to tool for clearing my mind, immersing myself in nature, and reaching both small and big goals I set for myself. I’ve run multiple 10k races and half marathons, and a marathon is at the top of my bucket list!
However, after the arrival of my second boy in 2021, my favorite activity became a challenge. A traumatic birth, pelvic floor injury, and a bout of postnatal depression made running feel impossible. It was during this difficult period that I became acutely aware of the critical state of women’s health in the UK and around the world.
With the support of my amazing network, I worked hard to rebuild my core and gradually returned to running. I discovered the Restore Your Core® program a few months after giving birth, and it played a pivotal role in overcoming my fear of movement. This program helped me rebuild from the ground up, identify my movement blind spots, introduce new patterns into my body, connect with my breath, and strengthen my core and pelvic floor as I progressed through its stages.
Most importantly, it helped me calm my nervous system and integrate intentional relaxation into my stressful days as a new mom, which significantly contributed to my overall healing. Becoming a RYC® teacher was a clear choice—I found a community of inspiring movement teachers committed to educating and empowering women worldwide through movement, challenging the outdated narrative of simply “doing kegals” for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
RYC® has given me countless “aha” moments, and my greatest wish is to help every woman I work with experience their own. I combine Pilates concepts and RYC® methodology to create a toolbox of suitable techniques for each stage of my clients’ fitness journeys, helping them feel strong in their bodies and return to the activities they love most.
My carefully designed individual sessions focus on alignment, breath, and core responsiveness and are suitable whether you’re pregnant, postnatal, or simply looking to maintain a functional core and pelvic floor for life.
